'The course is aimed at general dentists with an interest in endo, looking to improve their  understanding of more complex, primary treatments which do not necessarily have to be referred to a specialist. The main aim is to demystify some of the preparation options now available, as the market has become more complex.'

Aims & Objectives: 

1) Equip participants with comprehensive understanding of endodontic instrumentation, covering both hand files and rotary systems

2) Familiarize participants with various endodontic file brands, emphasizing differences between different reciprocating and rotary systems.

3) Foster a mindset shift towards minimal tooth taper and preservation, supported by evidence. 

4) Instill confidence through hands on exercises, demonstrating taper changes and Toothsaver protocol implementation

5) Promote personalised RCT protocols by aligning canal anatomy with suitable files

6) Provide practical experience with the Toothsaver protocol for tooth preservation.

7) Simplify obturation techniques

8) Analyse clinical cases, facilitate problem solving and provide recommendations for materials and kit selection.
