The Woodpecker Implant Air is the latest and most advanced version of implant motor from Woodpecker that is completely redesigned to be simple, precise and reliable for your implant surgery.

The main features of the implant motor are as follows:
  • Continuous Torque Output that is Precise & Reliable- On this implant motor the torque is displayed in “real time" and will stay at the preset torque value during the procedure, allowing the practitioner to have confidence that the torque did not auto-stop or reduce during implant placement. When the torque reaches its preset value it will stay at this value without automatic stop that can create insufficient torque output with other motors. Torque Range: (20:1) 5Ncm to 80Ncm
  • Automatic Calibration that is Convenient & Ensures Accuracy- The Implant Air Implant Motor features automatic torque calibration upon powering on the motor to ensure absolute accuracy and eliminating manual operational steps.
  • Compact Design & User Friendly Interface- The Implant Air Implant Motor is designed with space savings in mind. Its compact design is perfect for space savings in your operatory and has a much smaller foot print than other implant motors available. This is not your typical “clunky" implant motor. The 5 inch color LCD touchscreen is user friendly and easy to understand. It has 5 pre-set surgical programs and automatically saves the parameters after each operation.
  • Ultra Quiet Peristaltic Pump that is Convenient to Use.
  • The Implant Motor water pump has a waterproof design to prevent any occurrence of circuit board burnout. Simple and user friendly connect for water supply and is adaptable to using a disposable water source. Max Water Volume: 135ml/minute
  • Multi-Function Foot Pedal- The Woodpecker Implant Air Implant Motor foot pedal has 1) water volume control 2) program switching 3) forward and reverse and 4) speed control. This allows you to free your hands and focus on the implant procedure.

Implant Air purchase

Purchased in a rush after repeated failure on old other brand unit.
This unit is excellent !!
The unit arrived promptly as promised. The surprises started with the premium packaging. Set up was simple, the unit exudes quality, used a few times now, the motor is completely silent and smooth, a revelation after previous units.

I can’t understand why you would need to spend several times more on a big name brand unit

If unsure, just buy it!!

I used Many implants motors in the past and even today like NSK, WH etc.I'm using the woodpecker Implanter about 4/5 years, for me with better quality than others that cost the triple of the price. Easy display and very easy to use. Today I try the Implant Air what I can say is awesome half of the size of the original and the same or better quality and once more very easy to use and with Led with no extra cost. Thanks Daniel

Great things come in small packages!

Being early in my implant career, I have only the previous generation woodpecker motor to compare to which I have used both on my course (models and pigs heads) and to place my first implants. I was looking to purchase a motor for myself and this one fit the bill in both cost and features.

The motor arrived well packaged in double cardboard boxes and inside those was a nice aluminium travel case. This is a nice touch especially if you intend on using the motor in multiple practices.
Setup was super simple and the instruction manual stayed firmly in its plastic packaging for the initial assembly.
The most impressive thing I first noticed about the motor is its diminutive size and footprint. The old motor unit takes up approximately 3 times the worktop space and I dare say if you have a sturdy bracket table, the new one would fit on it with room for the handpiece holder!

Everything feels well made as per the other products I’ve had from woodpecker. If anyone has the O-star, it’s that level of quality if not even higher!

All the menus are really easy to use and setup and I particularly like the fact that is shows the peak torque reached when placing the implant itself. Super handy for writing up the notes.
The handpiece holder does a great job and should stop any trips to the floor for the handpiece and the led is a must for me and this one is certainly bright enough.

I’m looking forward to using it in earnest in the next few weeks and will add updates as I have more to report back on.
